Victor is known to engage all levels of the organization to design and manage improvement projects that draw from multiple disciplines to solve complex problems.
Victor has worked in over 25 countries on 5 continents which have given him some unique insights into the cuisine of his native Mexico. According to some Mexican restaurants around the world, French Fries were Aztec finger food. In some towns, the best flour tortillas can be made in Indian restaurants not Mexican restaurants and the hottest sauce in the world may be found in Western Canada!
Victor has an MBA from the College of William & Mary and a B.S. in Systems and Industrial Engineering from Mexico’s leading private university, The Monterrey Institute of Technology & Higher Education.
