Initial Chat
Once we have had an initial chat and established that your credentials and experience are in line with what we require for our next projects, we will schedule an onsite interview. If you are not a fit for our immediate needs, we will add you to our database for future opportunities.
Onsite Interview
During the onsite interview, you will have a 30-minute overview of the company, our history and have the opportunity to meet employees of Audere Partners. You will then have three separate interviews that typically last around 45 minutes. The meetings are set up to determine Culture, Case Study and Technical abilities.
Decision
The interviewers then meet and decide which candidates have the best fit for Audere Partners.
